1. Service and accounts
Autelio organizes personal vehicle records. An optional account provides cloud backup, restore, and account-linked entitlement functions. You are responsible for accurate credentials and protecting access to your account.
2. Local data and cloud backups
Records remain local by default. Cloud backups are opt-in encrypted snapshots and replace local data when restored; restore requires explicit confirmation. You remain responsible for checking backup freshness and keeping devices secure. Availability cannot be guaranteed without interruption.
3. Free version and Lifetime Premium
The free version includes one vehicle and may show Google AdMob banner ads on selected main screens. Autelio Premium is a one-time lifetime entitlement, not a monthly or annual subscription; it enables additional vehicles and removes ads completely. Backup and access to existing data are not removed when Premium is unavailable.
Google Play or Apple App Store processes payment, refunds, cancellation, and store purchase history under its applicable terms. Autelio does not collect card or bank details and does not promise a result beyond applicable law and store policy.
4. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls, upload unlawful content, abuse automation or rate limits, or infringe another person’s rights.
5. Informational limits
Odometer, consumption, cost, maintenance, and reminder outputs are personal record-keeping information, not official records, mechanical diagnostics, tax, insurance, legal, or financial advice. Verify critical data.
6. Intellectual property and changes
Autelio’s brand, interface, and original software belong to Morve Teknoloji Yazılım Danışmanlık Hiz. Tic. Ltd. Şti. or relevant rights holders. Features and terms may change for security, compliance, or product development; material changes will be posted.
7. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the extent law permits, we are not liable for indirect loss, unverified records, device failure, or backup unavailability. This does not limit liability that law does not permit us to limit.
8. Deletion, termination, and law
You may stop using the app and may delete an account in-app or through the public deletion page. Cloud account deletion does not automatically delete local records. These terms are governed by Turkish law without removing mandatory consumer protections where you live.
